Returns & Shipping
If your piece has been damaged in the shipping process, we will happily send a replacement with proof provided. No returns. Unless stated otherwise, items will be shipped 1-2 weeks after purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks minimum for preordered purchases.

Are you taking commissions?

HELP! My artwork was damaged in shipping, what do I do?
Deeeeeeep breaths! Shoot an email to robyn@robynprice.art with attached images of the damages and we’ll sort you out in no time!

Uh-oh. I accidentally ordered the wrong piece. What now?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and returns are not accepted on pieces without damage. Please be sure you are extra careful and read all the details about color choice and sizing when selecting your painting or print! Please email robyn@robynprice.art for any further concerns.

Do you ship internationally?
Short answer—at this moment, no.
Long answer—I am currently in the process of getting a WHOLE lot of my ducks in a row, which includes learning the basics of shipping both around the US and out of the country. Over the following weeks I will be intensely researching the best, most efficient, and safest way to get my products from point A to point B in hopes of preventing any damages to works or general mishaps. Bare with me! Hoping to be shipping worldwide within the next month.
